I spent years feeling like symptoms were being managed without fully understanding the bigger picture. In October 2023, I made a different choice: I began studying, tracking, testing, and rebuilding my own life from the ground up.

My Mission Is Personal

I know what it feels like to live in pain while being misunderstood.

I know what it feels like to be judged by people who cannot see what you are carrying. To be called lazy when you are exhausted. Difficult when you are overwhelmed. Dramatic when you are suffering. To have your character questioned when the real issue was a body and mind under constant stress.

I was never lazy. I was in pain.
I was never weak. I was fighting.
I was never broken. I was rebuilding.

For most of my life, I pushed through things people never saw. Physical pain. Mental pressure. Criticism. Embarrassment. Isolation. The kind of stress that changes a person when they are forced to carry it for too long.

But I have always been driven. I have always wanted to be good at what I do. I have always wanted to build, improve, succeed, and become better.

Getting my health back gave me more than energy. It gave me purpose.

Now my mission is to help others who feel dismissed, judged, or trapped in a body that no longer feels like their own. The Sinclair Protocol was built from lived experience — from struggle, discipline, self-testing, rebuilding, and truth.

I am not here to judge anyone. I am here to help people feel seen, supported, and capable of finding their way forward.
