I spent years being managed by medications — biologics, prescriptions, a revolving door of symptom suppression with no real answers and no end in sight. In October 2023, I made a different choice.

Through systematic carnivore nutrition, extended fasting for autophagy, targeted supplementation, parasite and heavy metal cleansing, and peptide therapy — I rebuilt my biology from the ground up. No — but diet is where every protocol begins. Whether you start fully carnivore or transition gradually is based on your starting point and goals. What matters is the direction: removing inflammatory inputs, reducing processed foods and seed oils, and building a clean foundation. We meet you where you are.

Are you a doctor? Is this medical advice?

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Everything in The Sinclair Protocol is personal research, personal experience, and documented outcomes from working with others. I always recommend working alongside a healthcare provider — particularly for TRT, peptides, and anyone with complex health conditions. My role is to share what I know from living it.

How long before I start seeing results?

The first 4–8 weeks are the hardest — this is the adaptation phase, and it is real. Most people begin seeing meaningful changes in energy, inflammation, and body composition between weeks 6 and 12. For autoimmune conditions, the timeline can be 3–6 months of consistent protocol before the most significant changes emerge. The 90-day commitment is the minimum required to fairly judge any protocol.

Can I do this while on prescription medications?

Yes — and in fact, I stayed on Humira for 3–4 months after starting carnivore to allow the transition period before removing pharmaceutical suppression. I never recommend abruptly discontinuing prescribed medication. The protocol works alongside medications and, for many people, reduces the need for them over time as healing progresses. Always consult your prescribing physician before making medication changes.

What if I have a tight budget?
